We are ready to honor all Veterans today in a special all-school chapel. Thank you for your service! 🇺🇸
Yesterday, four jr. high students represented our school at the Bowling Green State University Honor Band. Congratulations to Carson Dickey, Kalista Swihart, Alex Olding, and Conor Frye who were all nominated and accepted into the two groups. An honor band is an elite ensemble formed from students all over the region. The musicians received their music upon arrival, rehearsed all day, and performed a concert last night! It was a long, hard day but full of great music making experiences.
All veterans, their families, and community mem- bers are invited to attend a service for veterans recognition tomorrow from 12 - 1 PM at Troy Christian High School. The elementary, junior high and high school students will lead this chapel to honor all former and current military personnel. We ask that all veterans arrive at 11:30 AM in the athletic foyer at the high school at 700 South Dorset Road, Troy. All TCS families and community members are encouraged to attend to honor these great men and women.

Community Spirit Night Set for Thursday
The Troy Community is invited to attend a Spirit Rally to be held at the Amphitheater in Treasure Island Park this Thursday, November 3, at 7:00 p.m. We will honor the Troy High School and Troy Christian football teams. Both will enjoy home state-playoff games this weekend. The Troy Trojans will play Anderson Friday night at 7:30 p.m. in Troy Memorial Stadium, while the Troy Christian Eagles will play Upper Scioto Valley at Troy Christian Stadium Saturday evening at 7:00 p.m.
Athletic Directors, coaches, players, cheerleaders, and bands will be present at this Community Spirit Rally Night, along with Troy Community Radio. Mayor Beamish will serve as the Emcee for this special community event. “This is a first for Troy! Both teams have brought honor and recognition to our Troy community and their respective high schools. This is an opportunity for our Troy community to show our support for our Trojans and Eagles,” stated Mayor Mike Beamish.
Limited parking will be available in the Treasure Island Park. Fans and community supporters are encouraged to park at the Hobart Arena and walk down the recreational trail. Additional parking is open at the Troy Lumber/ITW Hobart parking area off W. Water and N. Elm Streets. The Rally will begin promptly at 7 p.m. and last no longer than an hour.
Come out and show our community pride and spirit for both the Trojans and the Eagles!
