ESM began this morning for Nicaragua 🇳🇮 & Florida ☀️. Florida has arrived safely. Costa Rica 🇨🇷, Zion 🌄, and Jamaica 🇯🇲 will leave in the morning. Please keep all our students, staff, and chaperones in your prayers as they travel and have amazing experiences this week!

The wrestling team placed 4th as a team in Division 3 at the State Wrestling Tournament over the weekend with 3 State placers. Ethan Turner became our school’s 18th State Wrestling Champion claiming the state title in the 113 pound weight class over the returning champ, and finishes the season at 32-3. Jacob Edwards was the state runner-up in the 132 pound weight class losing by a regular decision to a 3-time state champ. He finishes his career as a 4 time state qualifier. Jared Ford placed 5th closing his career out as a 2 time state placer. The wrestlers would like to thank all those who came out to support them. It was appreciated!
Last Friday, the cat in the hat and Thing 1 & 2 visited the elementary to celebrate Dr. Seuss’ birthday. I wonder what they have planned for today’s Friday Fun Day?
Congratulations and good luck to our wrestlers competing at State today through Saturday at the Schottenstein Center on The Ohio State University. Wrestling begins at 3 PM on today. The wrestling team placed 2nd at the District Wrestling Tournament over the weekend at Hobart Arena qualifying 5 for the State Meet at The Ohio State University! Ethan Turner and Jacob Edwards both placed 1st with Jared Ford placing 2nd. Craig Montgomery and Damon Beatty placed 4th. Caleb Schroer and Nick Baker placed 5th and qualified as State alternates. Austin Awan placed 6th.
