Thank you to everyone who donated to Adopt-a-Classroom for the 2009-2010 school year! You are very much appreciated. The classrooms, teacher and students benefitted with great technology and a field trip.

We are happy to report that this program raised $14,800 for our school this year, thanks to the generosity of parents and grandparents.

The money was used to purchase 25 Dell Vostro laptops and a cart for transporting and recharging. The laptops will be used at the elementary in all classrooms. Teachers will have the ability to check out the laptop cart and use it in their room. That means each student in the classroom will have their own laptop to work with!

In addition, a portion of the TLC donation was designated for the Jr. High and will be used to equip Miss Horne’s room with a new projector that acts like a SMART Board!

Also, a generous donor designated their money for the 5^th grade Creation Museum trip!
