Hike ‘n Serve ~ September 28, 2016
All Troy Christian students, from our Early Childhood Education Center toddlers to our 12th grade students, will be serving their community on Wednesday, September 28, from 8:30 AM-12:30 PM, during our Hike ‘n Serve event. This event gives our students an opportunity to be SALT in their world now.
Elementary students will prepare packets of candy as a thank you gift for our public servants (fire, police, foundations, etc.) Please click here to see the Hike ‘n Serve detail sheet to discover where your elementary child will be visiting.
Jr. high/high school students will be doing work projects at area non-profit organizations or visiting nursing homes. Students will be assigned and bused to their service locations in the community. Work projects include cleaning, organizing, yard work, and painting. Students won’t know where they are serving until the day of Hike ‘n Serve. Please wear clothing that is suitable for all types of work.

- All students need to dress comfortably and wear walking shoes. No shorts for 7th-12th.
