What is RenWeb?

Troy Christian Schools is proud to announce a new school database management system that we have initiated to help us better serve our students and families. From Preschool through High School, parents will be able to access the following information from any computer with Internet access:

• Family Demographic Data
• Weekly Grades
• Homework
• Student Accounts (including access to deposit funds in your student's lunch account)
• Announcement
• Classroom calendars
• Online Parent Teacher Conference sign-up
• Class schedules

What Does it Mean to Troy Christian Schools’ Families?

With this system, you will be able to view your student’s grades whenever you like, as often as you like.

Secondly, you will be able to keep your family demographic information (phone numbers, email addresses, home address, work information and more) up-to-date simply by logging into your RenWeb account, typing in the new data and saving.

How Does RenWeb Work?

Any Family with a valid email address on file with the school will be able to create a user account on RenWeb to view information about their school account and student educational information. This data will be available to you any time of the day or night. Please click on the Web Access Email and Student Fingerprint forms links and complete the information by typing it into the form (please no handwritten forms), print it out and return to your student's building office. All families must complete the Web Access Email Form by clicking on the link below, The Student Fingerprint Form is optional.

Once we receive your form please allow a few days for the data to be entered into RenWeb. To access the Parent Web from Troy Christian Schools’ website, click on the link called the “Parent Login” located at the top of the Parent homepage or from each building webpage.

Students may also have their own login to the system if the parent creates an individual login for the student by entering their email address in the Parent Web.

First Time Parents who are logging in:

Click the tab labeled “First-time Users.” Enter TC-OH for School ID. Enter your email address. It must be the email address that you submitted to the school. If you have not filled out the Web Access Email Form, please complete this form and return it to the school office. You will not be able to login until your email address has been entered into our system.

Once your email address is placed in the data base, you will be able to click "New  Parent Login." A password will be sent to your email address. You can then go back to the tab labeled “Parent” and enter your email address and your password.

To view information from your teachers’ web pages and grade book:

To get to the classroom, click "classrooms" in the upper left hand corner. Only the classroom in which you have enrolled children will appear. Your child's gradebook summary, homework summary and lesson plan summary will appear at the top of the page.

Click the "Teacher's Web Page" next to "Homeroom" to go to the Class Calendar and Announcements.

What if I don’t have an email address?

Don’t worry, we can help! Many services offer free Internet mail. See some choices below. You can Google “free Email” and get more choices. If you don’t have a computer at home, you can access RenWeb from any computer with Internet access. The public library is a good source for accessing the Internet.

A Special Note: If you have a Mac, even though TCS website supports Safari web browser, RenWeb does not support Safari. To view the Parent Web on-line, you will need to download Mozilla Firefox (free) to you computer and use that as your browser instead of Safari. Click here to download Mozilla.
