Elementary Teaching Assistant
Description: Join our dynamic team at Troy Christian School as an Elementary Teaching Assistant! As an integral part of our educational community, you will support classroom teachers in providing a nurturing and engaging learning environment for students.
Responsibilities include assisting with lesson preparation, classroom management, individual student support, and creating a positive atmosphere conducive to learning. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with teaching staff. Previous experience in an educational setting is preferred but not required. If you are enthusiastic about helping students thrive academically and socially, we encourage you to apply!
