Description: Troy Christian School seeks a dedicated and enthusiastic Elementary School Teacher to join our team. As an Elementary Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping young learners' academic and personal development.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing engaging lesson plans, fostering a positive classroom environment, assessing student progress, and collaborating with colleagues and parents to support student success. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, strong classroom management skills, and the ability to differentiate instruction to meet students' diverse needs. 

Requirements: 
- Current ODE teaching license or ODE non-tax teaching license and a Bachelor’s Degree 
- Proficient in Google Classroom
- Passionate about teaching and committed to student success
- Strong classroom management skills 
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and administration



    Elementary Teaching Assistant

    Description: Join our dynamic team at Troy Christian School as an Elementary Teaching Assistant! As an integral part of our educational community, you will support classroom teachers in providing a nurturing and engaging learning environment for students.

    Responsibilities include assisting with lesson preparation, classroom management, individual student support, and creating a positive atmosphere conducive to learning. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with teaching staff.     Intervention Specialist

    Description: Troy Christian School seeks a dedicated Intervention Specialist to support students with diverse learning needs. As an Intervention Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing specialized instruction and support to students who require additional assistance to succeed academically.

    Responsibilities include conducting assessments to identify students' strengths and challenges, developing individualized education plans (IEPs), implementing evidence-based interventions, and collaborating with teachers, parents, and other support staff to ensure students' needs are met. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of various learning disabilities and instructional strategies, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a passion for advocating for students with special needs.
